Eucharistic Adoration
December 19 – 8 pm
Eucharistic Adoration is a time of prayer in which the faithful gather before the Blessed Sacrament, which is displayed in a monstrance, the sacred vessel that allows the consecrated Host to be visibly adored. We do participate in this practice so that hearts may rest in Christ’s real presence through silence, music, and contemplative prayer. In this quiet encounter, we are invited to reflect beyond words into a deep, interior stillness where we simply behold the Lord who loves us. This Advent, All Souls will host Eucharistic Adoration on the First and Third Fridays (December 5 and December 19, 2025, at 8:00 PM) with an hour of prayer, music, and reflection to help us prepare our hearts for the coming of Christ.

Gift Baskets/Raffle Prizes Needed for
Good Thyme for Life
March and Good Thyme for Life will be here before you know it! We are starting now to collect baskets and other prizes for our raffle as part of GTFL. If you have items to donate, but don’t have a basket or have a basket – but not good at wrapping it! Fear not – we have extra baskets and some experts at wrapping the baskets! Or if you have places that you shop, you can ask for gift certificates or other donations, (or Christmas gifts to “re-gift”) and we can combine these with other baskets/donations.
So, start bringing these in any time to mass December-February. Questions? Ask any board member.

Advent Prayer of Hope and Light
Lord of all seasons,
As the days grow shorter and the nights stretch long, kindle in us the flame of Your hope. Let every candle we light remind us that Your light shines in the darkness,
and the darkness cannot overcome it.
Prepare our hearts to welcome You—not only in the manger, but in the quiet corners of our lives. Teach us to wait with joy, to serve with love, and to trust in Your perfect timing.
Come, Emmanuel, and make all things new.
Amen.
